Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: You may return any item within 30 days of the delivery date.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns for products that have been worn, unclean , or altered in any way.

Return Process

  1. Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at info@hair2fly.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return 
  1. Shipping: You are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

1.Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  1. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Final Sale Items

  • Clearance, discounted, or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
